ACE / E.Manifest Filing
ACE, E Manifest filing, Automated Commercial Environment, is US Customs all encompassing term to describe the ultimate goal of paperless trade in an environment of enhanced border security.

Every commercial vehicle that approaches the US border must provide US Customs prior notification of arrival.

With the implementation of ACE, the onus is transferred to the Carrier to notify US Customs prior of arrival to the port of entry

However the notification must be transmitted to US Customs electronically. This service we provide for all carriers, including faxing to your custom broker and obtaining entry numbers.

Authorities
For the United States, we provide our clients with their FMCSA Authorities (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, formerly ICC/FHWA), we are Process Agents for all 48 states, we process their applications for their USDOT (United States Department of Transportation Identification Number), their FEIN (Federal Employer Identification Number), and Hazmat Permits.

For Canada, we provide our clients with their Provincial Authorities, Hazmat Permits, and we are an Ontario residing agent.

Our D.O.T. Compliance Services include D.O.T. Regulations and training which will inform our clients of the paper work that needs to be completed on a daily basis, documents to be kept by the carrier, hours of work, pre-trip inspections and related documents to be carried in their trucks. TDG training (Transportation of Dangerous Goods), and WHMIS training (Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System). We help prepare for D.O.T Audits and will be there to represent our clients as well. Also, we have three collection sites for Drug and Alcohol Compliance.

Fuel Tax Reporting
Send us your trip sheets and we will prepare your Fuel Tax Reporting, and represent you in your Fuel Tax Audits.

Accounting and Financial Services
We can incorporate your company, both Federal and Provincial with the minute book and seal, and the registration for your GST number. Let us process your PST Refunds on equipment purchases to bring you the financial returns you deserve. Our competent accounting staff can provide you with a full range of bookkeeping services including Income Tax Returns, payroll, T4 slips, source deduction remittance, GST (Goods and Service Tax), PST (Provincial Sales Tax), TVQ (Quebec Sales Tax), and WSIB Reporting (Workers Safety and Insurance Board reporting).

Licensing
For Canadian and U.S. Jurisdictions, we will complete application to obtain your credentials to travel outside your home province or state.

We can also provide you with temporary trip permits if you are not permitted for a particular jurisdiction.

Permits
So many permits, which ones do you need? We can set you up with your I.F.T.A. fuel permits (International Fuel Tax Agreement), U.C.R. (Unified Carrier Registration), Border crossing decals, registrations for Kentucky, Oregon and New Mexico , New York Huts (temporary to permanent), trip and fuel temporary permits for both Canada and United States, as well as oversize permits, temporary and annual for Canada and the United States.
